Exchange & Return Policy
Returns are accepted for store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached.
Exchanges are also accepted within 30 days of purchase for items that have not been worn and still have tags attached.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from the store credit issued.
Once a return or exchange request has been submitted, customers must complete the return process within 30 days. Any return or exchange request that remains inactive or is not completed within 30 days may be automatically canceled and closed.
If there is an issue with the product quality, we will cover the shipping costs to have the item returned and replaced. To qualify for a replacement, the damage or defect must have been present when the product was originally received and cannot be the result of wear, use, washing, or damage that occurred after delivery.
